Two tall ships, ‘Spirit of Falmouth’ (left) and ‘Pellew’ (right) set sail from Falmouth on March 17th for an extraordinary journey around the coast of the United Kingdom. It’s a journey of 2,000 nautical miles, 22 ports, and 12 weeks at sea – all powered by the spirit of over 70 serving and veteran members of the Armed Forces who are wounded, injured, or sick.

Both ships should be arriving from Portsmouth to berth in our harbour overnight on 2nd/3rd April and leave again very early in the day on the 5th to head to Chatham.

The Ramsgate Society has been contacted by  Neil Harper, a trustee and part of the team at Turn to Starboard who have organised the Full Circle adventure.  He has invited us to go along and say hello and, especially, to invite any military veterans who you may know to visit them on the ships.
